2021 will now be a defining year for the CIO as they remember the lessons from the last year and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of their organisations.
In this live, interactive presentation and Q&A session, our Analyst Team will reveal the top business priorities and challenges facing technology executives in 2021 distilled from ADAPT’s latest survey findings direct from the ANZ CIO community in January.
What we’ll explore in the session The top business and investment priorities for CIOs in 2021 Why dynamic budgeting and consumption-based funding models are on the rise and how it impacts IT procurement How the challenges of conflicting priorities, constrained resourcing, budget restrictions and a lack of digital literacy at the board level is impeding IT execution The evolution of customer experience as a centre of focus in technology initiatives Why challenges related to legacy systems and applications, lack of internal cloud expertise, data security, governance and compliance still hinder CIOs
