During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when mindset, confidence, and communication were at an all-time low, the vision for Nicole Schmitz Leadership Coaching (NSLC) was brought to life. Recognising a critical need for strong leadership, NSLC empowered technical professionals with the tools to adapt to change, navigate crises, and thrive in continued uncertainty, driving organisational success and nurturing the community back to prosperity, solidarity, and strength.

Founder Nicole Schmitz draws from her personal journey—from an extremely shy child to a speaker before a live global audience of 100,000+ people—to intimately understand client needs and apply science-based strategies rooted in psychology to truly get to the core of a challenge and create lasting change.

Within the first two months, NSLC partnered with clients from 10 countries to transform their leadership. Today, NSLC focuses on helping Australian leaders adapt to emerging technologies and differentiate themselves through advanced leadership soft skills and a strong personal brand, acting as the bridge between technology, people, and business.
